Titanium welding wire is mainly used for welding titanium reactors, storing acidic or alkaline substances in titanium tanks and other titanium equipment, producing and processing titanium welding pipes, titanium pipe fittings, titanium bicycle frames, and other products.
ERTi-1/gr1 titanium welding wire: This material has the highest purity and is mainly used for welding Gr1 or gr2 titanium pipes, titanium coils, titanium heat exchangers, and other products.
ERTi-2/gr2 titanium welding wire: This material has a purity lower than gr1 and is mainly used for the production and processing of gr2 titanium equipment, pipelines, pipe fittings, and other products.
ERTi-5/gr5 titanium welding wire: This material has the widest range of applications due to its high strength performance, and is used for repair welding of aviation jet engine turbine discs and blades, as well as welding of machined parts.
ERTi-7/gr7 titanium welding wire: This material contains 0.12-0.25% Pd and can prevent crevice corrosion in dilute hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and phosphoric acid environments. It is mainly used for welding gr7 titanium equipment, titanium pipe fittings, titanium pipelines, and other products.
ERTi-9/gr9 titanium welding wire: This welding wire is mainly used for welding titanium bicycle frames.
ERTi-12/gr12 titanium welding wire: This welding wire has excellent crack corrosion resistance due to its content of 0.3% Mo and 0.8% Ni, and is mainly used for welding gr12 titanium equipment, pipelines, and pipe fittings.
