Tungsten wire is made of tungsten strip after forging and drawing.
Tungsten wire is mainly used in incandescent lamp, halogen tungsten lamp and other electric light sources. Tungsten wire used in light bulbs, also requires the addition of small amounts of potassium, silicon, and aluminum oxides in the smelting process,such tungsten wire is called Doped Tungsten Wire, also known as 218 tungsten wires or Non-Sag Tungsten Wire.
Tungsten is drawn by a variety of drawing dies. Mainly used for manufacturing filament and high speed cutting alloy steel, also used for optical instruments, chemical instruments and other aspects of the role.
Tungsten wire resistivity is 5.3*10^-8, tungsten has a high melting point, high resistivity, good strength, low vapor, is the material of all pure metals used to make incandescent filament.
